Rosemary Lee Thomas, 86 of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away Thursday, 11/24/2016. She was born in Wewoka, Ok on 10/16/1930. She was married to Bruce Thomas for many years. Rosemary, first and foremost, was known as a kind, loving Christian woman. She loved her home, loved gardening (both flowers and vegetables) and loved helping others. She especially loved her dog Mitzi, a Boston Terrier Mix. Rosemary was multi-talented. She had careers in a number of fields. She worked in healthcare, in the food service industry, she volunteered as a driver for seniors, and she worked...

Rosemary Lee Thomas, 86 of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away Thursday, 11/24/2016. She was born in Wewoka, Ok on 10/16/1930. She was married to Bruce Thomas for many years. Rosemary, first and foremost, was known as a kind, loving Christian woman. She loved her home, loved gardening (both flowers and vegetables) and loved helping others. She especially loved her dog Mitzi, a Boston Terrier Mix. Rosemary was multi-talented. She had careers in a number of fields. She worked in healthcare, in the food service industry, she volunteered as a driver for seniors, and she worked as a crew member on a shrimp boat. The shrimp boat was built and captained by her husband, Bruce. She was proud and honored to have the shrimp boat carry her name.

She is survived by 1 sister, her stepchildren and their families and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements will be held on 11/30/2016 at The Chapel Of Chimes at Laurel Land Funeral Home 7100 Crowley Road. Fort Worth, Texas 76134.

Visitation/viewing from 1:00-3:00pm and Funeral service at 3:00pm.
